Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most factories require a minimum order quantity, particularly when a product is decorated (imprinted, embroidered, engraved, etc). This minimum quantity will vary by product and decoration technique.
What are the artwork Requirements?
For imprinted merchandise, we require electronic files created using Adobe Illustrator® and saved in an EPS or AI vector file format. The higher the resolution, the better the results. If you do not have this type of artwork available, we can have your artwork re-created and re-drawn in the correct artwork resolution for the product and decorating process chosen. There is an added cost for this service. For embroidery, a .dst file is required; however we can digitize artwork provided in a .jpg or .bmp file (see decorating charges below)
How do I send an order to Innovatex?
You may call, fax or email your orders to us. Please see our order form (click to order form here) for required elements. Artwork may be emailed to: with corresponding order number clearly marked.
Are there extra or hidden costs?
At Innovatex, we pride ourselves on upfront and straight communication with our clients, especially when it comes to your marketing dollars. There will never be any surprises or hidden charges. We choose to be in continuous communication with you throughout the process, keeping you abreast of any changes or opportunities that arise whether surrounding cost savings, cost increases or new ideas. Freight is always extra and is dependent on carrier, volume of products and destination.
What about decorating/imprinting charges?
There will usually be some type of set-up charges. These charges cover the cost of artwork and machine preparation for film, dies, silk-screens, laser, deep etching etc… If an embroidery file in a .dst format is unavailable, then the desired design will need to be digitized. The cost for this is based on the number of stitches in the design. When you submit a design to us, we provide an estimate to have this done, before moving forward with the project.
What if I don't see the product I'm looking for?
Actually, we are hoping you will come to us with your event or promotional goals and work WITH us to develop or source the very best product to meet those goals and then incorporate the most creative and eye-catching supporting graphics and copy. This process and relationship leads to the most cost-effective and successful promotions.
However, if you choose to surf through the hundreds of thousands of available promotional products and cannot find what you are looking for, we will be only too pleased to find it for you.
