The Art of Curating Meaningful Promo Products for Events

  • Jun 7, 2024

When it comes to selecting and ordering promotional products for the top women in the promotional products industry who can already choose everything they want, you could say there’s a little bit of added pressure.

So when it came time to curating the goods for WEE 2024, the motivation was:

            Products that told a story

            Products that inspired, and

            Products that created a memory

And here’s what was put together:

The FEED Organic Cotton Rivet Tote: it’s not only useful, but provides 5 school meals to kids around the world. It’s the perfect grab-and-go size for shopping, carrying books, and office use, and the FEED brand giveback message is printed on the interior. Plus, it’s crafted using 8oz. 100% GOTS Certified Organic cotton and stylish copper rivets; this tote is both durable and classic – designed to be kept in rotation and out of landfills.

Tumblers with a Quote: An immediate hit; each adorned with a quote and then hand-signed by Hockey Legend Angela James, these tumblers captured the time and place of our annual event and became a story themselves. It’s a beautiful memory of our time spent together at the Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery.

And then the fun stuff: large tumblers with straws so we all stayed extra hydrated, a custom scrunchie, cosmetic bags for our overnight stay, and a warm blanket to use all year long.

Remember, when designing promotional products for an event or trade show, the theme can be more than a design or a colour; you can base your concept on a feeling, a mood, and a vision.

And the true test if your products were well-received? They get used for days, months, and even years to come!
