Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

• A replacement of the affected item(s)
• A refund or credit toward a future purchase (subject to review)

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following criteria must be met:

• The issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect product must be provided.
• Custom orders with approved artwork and specifications cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-branded or personalized products
• Products with customer-supplied artwork errors (e.g., incorrect spelling, logo quality issues)
• Samples or clearance items

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because we begin production shortly after order confirmation, cancellations or changes must be requested immediately and will be dealt with on a per order basis. 

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
